Vault purchased 6 acres in Georgetown, TX along the I-35 corridor to develop an industrial project. Shortly thereafter, Vault successfully arranged a build-to-suit opportunity with a national credit tenant via the brokerage community. The team executed a long-term lease and delivered the building in a timely manner.
