Project Description
Vault acquired the land and developed an Industrial Business Park. Vault 529 Industrial Business Park consisted of five freestanding metal buildings ranging from 15,000-sq.-ft. to 22,500-sq.-ft. The property provided great access to Highway 290 and the Beltway in the Center of the bustling Northwest Houston Industrial area.
