Project Description
Vault partnered with Good Developments Group to create the Construction Capital. Gateway South is an incentives-heavy redevelopment revitalizing the downtown St. Louis riverfront directly south of the Arch Grounds, on the Mississippi River. It will be a phased development focused on Modular Construction and Off-site manufacturing, that eventually incorporates office, retail & entertainment districts.
