Project Description
Vault acquired 16 acres in South Houston and developed a 185,000-square-foot Class A speculative industrial building. . In November 2023, the building was pre-leased to a national auto parts distributor. The building included 137 car parking spaces, 23 trailer spots, 34 loading docks, two drive-ins, ESFR sprinklers, and 32-foot ceiling heights. The property offered prime access to Beltway 8 and state Highway 288.
